1 Definitions

2 Eligibility & Registration

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on jl6755, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• You are a natural person accessing the Platform in your own individual capacity.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not a current employee, officer, director, or immediate family member of any employee of jl6755 or its affiliated entities.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from jl6755 or any other PAGCOR-regulated gaming platform for responsible gaming reasons.
• You are opening the Account on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person or entity.

jl6755 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued Philippine identification card, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe requested may result in Account suspension or permanent closure.

3 Account Rules

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on jl6755. The registration and use of multiple Accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated Accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account. You must maintain the confidentiality of your username and password and must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances. jl6755 will never contact you to request your password through any channel.

• Accounts must be registered with accurate, current, and complete personal information.
• Any changes to your registered information (name, address, mobile number, e-wallet details) must be reported to jl6755 support promptly.
• Accounts may not be transferred, sold, gifted, or otherwise assigned to another person.
• jl6755 may request re-verification of Account details at any time for security or compliance purposes.

4 Deposits & Payments

jl6755 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Transfer, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The minimum deposit amount is PHP 100 (One Hundred Philippine Pesos). jl6755 does not impose any processing fees on deposits made via supported e-wallet channels.

All funds deposited into a jl6755 Account must originate from a payment method that is registered in the Account holder's own name. Deposits originating from unverified third-party accounts may be declined and returned, subject to applicable processing timelines.

• Deposit transactions are generally credited in real time for GCash and PayMaya. Bank transfer crediting times may vary based on the issuing bank's processing schedule.
• jl6755 bears no liability for delays or failures caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, or banking system interruptions.
• All deposits are made in Philippine Peso (PHP). Currency conversion by the Player's bank prior to deposit, if any, is the Player's sole responsibility.
• jl6755 may, at its sole discretion, set individual deposit limits on an Account for responsible gaming or compliance purposes.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals of Real Money balances from jl6755 are processed subject to the following conditions being met: (a) KYC verification is complete; (b) no outstanding bonus wagering requirements are attached to the balance; and (c) the withdrawal request meets the applicable minimum withdrawal amount.

GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within one (1) business day. jl6755 does not charge fees on standard e-wallet withdrawals. The Player's e-wallet provider or bank may impose its own receiving fees, for which jl6755 bears no responsibility.

• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.
• jl6755 reserves the right to request additional verification documentation before processing any withdrawal deemed high-value or otherwise flagged by its compliance systems.
• Repeated withdrawal and re-deposit patterns inconsistent with genuine gameplay may be subject to additional review under anti-money laundering procedures.
• Winnings derived from Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn, as specified in the applicable bonus offer terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

All promotional offers made available on jl6755 — including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, free spins, daily login rewards, and VIP tier benefits — are subject to specific terms and conditions stated at the point of offer. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period stated in the bonus offer. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
• Not all games on the jl6755 platform contribute equally to wagering requirements. Contribution rates per game category are stated in the bonus terms.
• jl6755 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or substitute any promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that Players who have already accepted and begun wagering on an active bonus will not be adversely affected by mid-campaign changes.

7 Gameplay & Fairness

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the jl6755 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of Account balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game or feature on jl6755.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation will be voided.
• Collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinating bets in live poker or other Player-vs-Player games.
• Using the Platform to launder money, conduct fraudulent transactions, or fund illegal activities in violation of Philippine law.
• Providing false identity information, impersonating another person, or registering multiple Accounts.
• Attempting to reverse-charge, chargeback, or dispute legitimate transactions with your bank or e-wallet provider after the fact.
• Any action that disrupts the Platform's services, including Distributed Denial of Service (DDoS) attempts or unauthorized access to backend systems.

9 Responsible Gaming

jl6755 is committed to providing a gaming environment that prioritizes player wellbeing. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders at no charge and without any restriction or penalty on their use:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases require a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure timed alerts that notify you of elapsed play time during active game sessions.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporarily restrict your Account for a defined period (24 hours to 6 weeks) without permanently closing it.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

10 Privacy & Data

By registering an Account, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for purposes of KYC verification, account management, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of personalized promotional communications where you have opted in to receive them.

• jl6755 does not sell your personal data to third-party marketing companies.

11 Intellectual Property

All content on the jl6755 Platform — including but not limited to the jl6755 name and logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, text, software, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of jl6755 or its licensed content providers and is protected under applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial recreational gaming purposes. This license does not grant you the right to copy, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on the Platform without the prior written consent of jl6755.

12 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jl6755 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Platform — including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical failures, financial losses from gameplay, or unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to maintain credential security.

In all cases where jl6755 is found liable, the maximum aggregate liability of jl6755 to any Player shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposited by that Player during the thirty (30) calendar days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this section shall limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13 Termination

jl6755 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that a Player has violated any provision of these Terms & Conditions, engaged in prohibited activities, or if closure is necessary for legal, regulatory, or security reasons.

Upon Account closure for cause, any Real Money balance remaining in the Account may be withheld pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the Player via the registered withdrawal method. If a breach is confirmed, jl6755 reserves the right to void and forfeit the balance in full.

A Player may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting jl6755 customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within two (2) business days, and any remaining Real Money balance (excluding Bonus Funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.

14 Amendments

jl6755 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jl6755 will notify registered Players via the email address on file and/or via an on-screen notification upon their next login. The effective date of any revised version will be displayed at the top of the Terms & Conditions page.

Your continued use of the Platform following notification of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 13 of this Agreement.

15 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and jl6755 with respect to the subject matter hereof and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, warranties, or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to such subject matter.
